Big thanks to my very first teachers/clients who continue to educate me in every aspect of movement, biomechanical maintenance, tension release, and even boundaries: cats and dogs. They don’t hesitate to let me know how they feel, they have no shame about their bodies or how they move, and they use some of the most effective movement techniques I have ever seen.
